This calculation uses EFD.Pro V8.2 of FLOMERICS to get the temperature field of this cell phone, with the environment temperature to be +30℃。Conductivity,natural convetion flow and radiation are all calculated in the same time.

Heat power and material are provided
Default material emissivity coefficient is 0.8.

手机里除了主芯片，那个WLAN 发热量应该很高的。不过国内的手机没有WLAN 模块，难道是为了散热考虑？
