這邊有詳細的操作說明
不過我是有成功讓ANSYS讀取資料
但沒有使用ANSYS來作分析過
Icepak to Ansys
The rfl file can be read in ANSYS in the following way:
1. Start up ANSYS with the Multiphysics license and under ANSYS Main Menu go to General Postproc > Data and File Opts and read in the *.rfl file generated from Icepak.
2. Go to Read Results, expand the list and click on First Set. Alternatively you can read in the data set by issuing the SET,FIRST command in the ANSYS command prompt
3. Go to List under the Multiphysics Utility Menu across the top and select Nodes from the dropdown list. This will ask you whether you want to display the node coordinates only or the angles as well and then display a list of all the nodes.
Similarly selecting Elements > Nodes+Attributes will generate a list of all the elements along with the materials and the nodes information
4. Go to Plot under the Multiphysics Utility Menu and select Nodes/Elements to plot them in the graphic display.
5. Under Plot > Results > Nodal Solution > Contour Plots > DOF Solution you can view the available solution variables. Clicking on one of them will generate a contour plot of the corresponding variable in the display.
Geometry information is not available thorugh the rfl import into ANSYS. It requires the database to be able to display individual geometries in your model. However you can select elements based on their material type and then plot just the selected
material to be able to get information about individual geoemtries in the solution data.
The procedure is as follows
1. Go the ANSYS command prompt and type in esel,s,mat,,material_number . This will select all elements with the corresponding material_number(1,2,3...). The
material numbers can be obtained by viewing the list of all the elements as mentioned in 3 under the reading in .rfl file list above.
2. Go to Plot under the Multiphysics utility menu and select Replot. This will regenerate a plot of all the elements associated with the selected material. Now you can again view contour plots/vector plots by going to Plot > Results > Nodal
Solution > Contour Plots > DOF Solution and selecting the appropriate solution variable.
3. Alternatively temperature, pressure, velocity etc. contour displays can be generated by typing in: plns, variable in the command prompt. variable takes the values of temp,vx,vy,vz,density, pressure for temperature,x,y,z velocity
components, density and pressure respectively. Similarly plvect,v will plot the velocity vectors from the solution data. |
