谁能看懂晶体管瞬态热阻公式怎么来的？

    附件中的图6-5，是理论推导的还是试验得到的， 怎么就能得出 公式6-12呢？ RC电路的瞬态分析我学过，但那是由公式得出曲线呀，这里怎么能从公式得出曲线呢？
