non-conformal interfaces 问题

最近做热仿真的时候反复遇到提示:The non-conformal interfaces do not match properly in the area of "heatsink 1" base. The region is 0.116  0.19826 0.22475-> 0.116 0.20003 0.30875m(shown on screen). This may be because the "slack" value on an assembly was wrong(possibly it was 0 but should have been greater). Please check your assemblies to make sure that the boundary of an assembly does not touch any face of  any object unless the assembly is touching a hollow block on that side.
虽然做了assembly细分了网格，但是好像也没什么效果。
求指教。

我用的软件版本是Icepak14.0.6

检查局域化边界，确保此边界没有与除过Hollow和Cabinet之外的任何物体边界接触。一句话，你的局域化边界出问题了。
