岗位职责
Development of thermal solutions and design for LED products (LED modules and luminaires)
Development of advanced thermal technologies for LED applications
Responsible for thermal design and solution for new product development
Cooperation with R&D engineers, OEMs, for the mockup sample and finally the end product
Coordination of internal and external services (samples, tools)
Investigate and benchmark state-of-the-art LED thermal solutions
Develop advanced thermal solutions and materials

岗位要求
学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上 性别要求：不限 语言要求：英语 + 普通话 专业要求：不限 年龄要求：25-40 总工作年限：3年以上 任职资格的具体描述：

At least 5 years of experience on thermal design of systems, in particular, LED products
Familiar with thermal simulation tools like EFD and COSMOS, and 3D design tools like Solidworks
In-depth knowledge on thermal solutions (active and passive cooling) and thermal materials and structures
Knowledge on LED related techniques (packaging, product development processes, testing)
Background in relevant standards (IEC, UL, FCC)
Bachelor or above, preferably Master degree in engineering
