职位描述:
Job descriptions:
Responsible for creating Bill of Materials and parts specifications.
Responsible for creating 3D models and 2D engineering drawings
Part qualification by conducting DVT (Desing Verifiction Test) and Performanace Testing.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Create Bill of Materials and enter PLM Database.
2. Create part and drawing number in PLM and PSS and release
3. Create 3D models and 2D drawings of parts including sheet metal, plastic, etc., sub assemblies as well as drawings used in technical manuals for Cooling products using SolidWorks.
4. Create parts specifications into part specification system.
5. Other duties as assigned


EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Design or equivalent

EXPERIENCE 1 – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
2+ yrs as Mechanical engineer
3D Model and 2D drawing experience using Solidedge/Solidworks.
BOM creation

EXPERIENCE 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
Mechanical structure design and piping design
Work Experience in cooling industry or similar

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
1. Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD software (Solidedge preferred) and understand geometric tolerance
2. Basic Knowledge of mathematics, engineering practices, building materials, and other standard drawing techniques.
3. Ability to work independently as well as work with a team to achieve project goals.
4. Initiative to acquire knowledge and skill to continuously improve job performance.
5. Creative thinking and problem solving.
6. Oral and Written English
7. MS – Office skills

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
1. Proficient in Lotus Notes
2. Familiar with using CorelDRAW

Not required.
