       导热相变化材料是一类以相变化材料为基材制成的导热材料,具有相变化的特性。使用时,当器件的工作温度超过材料的相变化温度时,相变材料就会变软且粘度降低,填充到热源和散热器之间,相对于普通导热材料,相变材料拥有更好的润湿性,接触热阻更低,导热效果更好。

       Thermally conductive phase change materials are a kind of thermally conductive materials made of phase change materials, which have the characteristics of phase change. When in use, when the working temperature of the device exceeds the phase change temperature of the material, the phase change material will become soft and the viscosity will be reduced. It will be filled between the heat source and the radiator. Compared with ordinary heat conducting materials, the phase change material has better wettability, lower contact thermal resistance and better heat conduction effect.
